Off and on over the years my lower back will flare up with a muscle spasm. My back seized up a few weeks ago and I am new to the area. Fortunately I found Dr. John Ormand. I've been to many chiropractors and there are a range of them out there. I consider Dr. John to be one of the best. He listened to my explanation of what was going on with my back and he did the adjustment and I am happy to say I am on the mend.
Dr.Ormand is a HIGHLY legit and professional doctor/chiropractor to go to for back problems. I've had back problems for a year and he explained to me how the spine works with it's nerves, also friendly and great with teens. I'm only 16 years old and he treated me as I was 18 or 20 (aka mature) Lol (: Highly recommend seeing him; P.S. He cares about your problems that you may have.
Several years ago I went to Dr. Ormand knowing that I needed surgery for two bulging discs and a crushed disc as recommended by other health providers. By following Dr. Ormand's exact instructions including swimming and massage therapy I was able to overcome the problem without surgery. I currently do not have any pain, do not use a back brace or pain medication of any type and do not use a cain anymore. I just use chiropractic for maintenance once or twice a month. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ormand for 5 years now. He is a great chiropractor and very friendly. His office is welcoming and relaxed. When you walk in you feel welcome as his Daughter greats you at the front desk and you get signed in. He makes a great effort to know his patients by name and make them comfortable as they get adjusted. He adjusts me, my husband and both of our young sons. We couldn't be happier seeing him.
