This office is a good office the staff are excellent, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and the nurses and Doctors were also very firendly and made my 3 children very comfortable. The only complaint I have is when i call to speak with the office manager she is never in the office or when she is she is to busy with other paitents and can never take my call. I Absolutely LOVE! this office. From the first time i called. I have a special needs child who requires a lot of patience and this office and staff goes above and beyond with the care of the kids. You can tell that the staff loves what they do and who they work for. I was offerd a drink and a snack while i waitied for my child to get her teeth cleaned.Dr Gober is not always in the office due to his special attention to the special needs kids that he sees and does there treatment two times a week at the texas pediatric surger... read more

I have to say I wasnt overly thrilled with my first visit to the office. When I booked the appt, the receptionist on the line said that I would have to go to Colleyville because Dr Gober wasnt in Saginaw on Wednesdays. Ok, no problem. I guess we may have been spoiled by our last dentist office because they had tvs at the cleaning chairs, childrens decorations, etc. It just made it seem more welcoming to children than this office. 9/10/09 I am waiting on hold for this very office right now as I am writing this. I am trying to rectify insurance billing mistakes this office has made now for the second time. I gave Santa my insurance info both times I went in and even got there early to fill out the paper work. They told my husband today that since the insurance had not paid the \$800.00 was now our responsibility even though they had not filed correctly. I Wish he could spent more time at Colleyville office. Right now he only have half day(Wed Morning according to the office) there, which makes it very hard to see him.
I give Dr. Gober 5 stars but I would have to give his office staff a 3. Dr. Gober is a great dentist and VERY personable. He really goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. The office is geared toward the kids and is a very new facility. Top Notch all the way. His staff...I have had trouble getting in touch with them or a return phone call.
