What can I say? The staff leaves a gread deal to be desired. Although the dental care is good, it has become nearly impossible to deal with the staff who expresses an "I dont really care to help you" attitude. They still have not fixed a year old billing issue that THEYcaused by charging my insurance company for TWICE!!! I requested many times that they extend some effort to solve the problem, as I had already made many calls to my ins. company trying to explain the issue (on behalf of the dental office), but no one seems to... read more
The receptionist, Santa, or whatever the hell her name is, is an absolute idiot. She has me so frustrated, I cant imagine what the care would be like. If I were Dr. Gober, Id fire her as soon as possible. She is the first point of contact with potential clients and wow, if she is a representative of the office, STAY AWAY!!!
I have been taking my 4 year old little girl since she has been 6 months old and we just love all the Doctors, Front Staff and all the girls in the back. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I have a 1 yr old and i wanted to thank the doctors and staff at Healthy Smiles. My son fell and hit his mouth and made his tooth loose. I called healthy smiles and they got me in the same afternoon. I had a easy time with the staff and the doctors. The doctors where wonderful with my son. I would recommend this office to all my friends-
Love this office and its location.....the office is beautiful and the staff are so warm and welcoming....Dr. Gober and the other Doctors working there are very gentle and caring......I will refer tons of friends and family....thank you for taking such wonderful care of my children!!!

Bad office, including the people in the front very bad customer service. They surely dont know how to treat patients.
I highly recommend this office. The staff and Doctors are extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Had a wonderful experience there with my three year old. They were all kind and didnt do anything she wouldnt do. I recommend this to all my friend and family with kids.
