Dr. Panozzo practices what he preaches, and provides a high level of professional advice and care.
He was understanding and helped me get medication for COVID
I used to work for him and have always been impressed with him.
He has never contacted me about my resent X-rays and what’s to be done

Dr. Panozzo tried to talk me into taking medications that were giving me negative side effects that I knew I didn’t need, and also tried to write several other prescriptions for each of the other negative side effects. Thankfully I didn’t listen to him and got off all the medication I was on and now I feel great.
My mother is a patient of New West, and has been for decades. It is late on a Saturday evening so she had to call for the on call doctor to call her back. It was Dr. Panozzo on call this evening. She has never seen him in person, nor has she ever interacted with him before. Unfortunately, she missed his call when he returned her call, the phone didn't ring for some reason.
