Dr. Masel and Sheri are always great and treat patients very well.
Awful customer service. Sheri the receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I was treated very kindly , and immediately. Office staff was kind, patient , knowlegeable and helpful. I walked away feeling better . They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable .

I've been going to Dr. Masel since I was 15 now I'm 32 and live in Chicago. I still go home to use his services. He really cares about his clients and helps those in need. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone. You're the best, Steve Monty,
