My family has been with the Dr sense he graduated from college & he has been a professional with wonderful communication skills. He is a real pleasure to see, and we are all lucky to have.
I am more well versed in women advocacy for their health. At the time, I did not realize women are usually ignored when they say they are in pain. He said I was “too young” to have this pain.
Doesn't return phone calls
Really disappointed with my experience. I had been seeing him for 3 years for chronic pain. I had a misunderstanding with his nurse and he asked me never to come back. Ok where am I supposed to go now? Start over with another physician?! Just really let down.
He cares and takes time to listen to you at your appointment and doesn't act like he's in a rush. I trust him and recommend him for adults and families.
Dr Majerus, along with his nurse Kellie are 5 stars! The front staff on the other hand need a bit more customer service training.
This guy is an idiot. He may be a nice guy but is no Doctor. He has no clue what he is doing He sent my son to a specialst for upper respitory infection and of course specialst do not deal with this kind of thing. This is so common it should have been taken of in the office. Now we are going to have to spend more money to go to someone who know what they are doing. People like this make this medical organization a very scary place. He has no business in this field at all. Stay away from this guy
Dr. Majerus is a very kind doctor and always remembers who I am and my hobbies even when it's been a year since my last appointment.
Do not renew prescription in a timely manner. You have to constantly call in to see the status of their response to the pharmacy. On top of that the prescripriptions are often called in wrong. Their answer to everything is a hospital visit. Care from Dr. Majerus was much better at other offices. My family followed him to 3 different offices. We will no longer being seeing him.
