Only giving two stars because of the office staff and nurse. The doctor was a terrible experience. I have alpha gal, they completely wasted my time. He was condescending and completely unhelpful. He seemed in a hurry, spending maybe 5 minutes with me and checked his watch once. I left the appointment more frustrated than when I went in.
DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ALPHA GAL SYNDROME I had a disappointing experience at The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center with John Novell and staff on December 1, 2025. From the start, the receptionist and a nurse were speaking loudly and rudely while complaining about the cleaning staff in front of patients. They got me in quickly, everyone was nice!.
My first time in, I found out that I needed a pulmonilogist instead of an allergist, and Dr. Norvell waived the office visit fee. That's superb, considering the financial climate these days.
