I sent an email to Dr Lee a previous doctor of mine. I was called by Dr. Lomas’s scheduler, I told Dr.Lee moved out of the area and to set up an appointment with Doctor Lomas. I Waited 2 weeks for an appointment and I was told I would get an email to complete pre-visit paperwork. No call, no email, I arrive, complete a extensive amount of paperwork, then get shuttled off for X-rays. I thought I was meeting the Doctor to discuss options, not have an extensive physical. Franciscan Health, (myorthoteam) absolutely the worst run med facility in the state. Provided insurance details. Set appointment with Lomas. Upon arriving for appointment was told the insurance provider not acceptable. What they tell you over the phone & in person is two different stories. Two words: Gross incompetence.
