I had to have a tooth extracted and was very seriously dreading it, but Dr. Chiapel removed it while I was expecting him to be just getting started. I called him a genius at his job because one prior extraction from another dental group felt like my bones were being shifted or removed. He is also very kind, friendly and patient as are all his staff members.
Dr John Chiapel provided excellent care during my appointment for a tooth extraction and prep for an implant. Lynn, his medical assistant, was very caring and gentle as well. I highly recommend them.
My son and I each had procedures done by Dr. Chiapel recently. I cannot believe how easy and seamless they both were. Dr. Chiapel is incredible!
The visit was nice yes the staff and Dr are very friendly. However my son's bill was coded wrong and they kept trying to tell me I would have to pay it, once i got it figured out. they still sent me one last bill for a very little amount but it shows i am 90 overdue. I just received the bill. I do not like for things to look as though i wasn't doing my part right when in fact it was the ladies in his office.
Dr. Chiapel did a good job on my procedure, but his office personnel is terryble and unprofessional. Mr. Chiapel, you really need to address this!
This office is HIGHLY unorganized. After being rude from hello (actually there was no formal greeting) losing my paperwork making me feel very uncomfortable to the point I finally left the office and said nevermind they charged me $275 for my "consultation" inquiring about a dental implant. Guess that's the only way they make $ as no one can trust them or feel comfortable enough to have procedures actually performed by this crew. Unprofessional, receptionist is full of "IDKs"and takes xrays.
I've been scared of the dentist my whole life therefore I do not get my regular cleaning and when I do I always have a cavity! Well, I didn't get my cavity filled and it got infected causing my whole face to swell and it hurt so bad! My dentist referred me to Dr. Chiapel to get my tooth removed which as you could imagine really freaked me out, as soon as I got to the office Dr. Chiapel and his staff made me feel so much better, they were all so kind and caring, tooth is out and I feel great!!
Dr. Chiapel and his team were great! Seriously very little pain after surgery. I actually didn't even take a pain pill the 2nd day until the evening, and I had 4 wisdom teeth removed! I couldn't believe how good I felt.
I needed my wisdom teeth removed and being scared of doctors and medical procedures it was important for me to find a friendly doctor that was good with dealing with my fear. Dr. Chiapel and his entire staff were SOOO nice which made everything so much easier and in the end the whole procedure ended up not being a big deal.
