Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's office too loud? They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
