Called for an appointment with the office regarding recurring strep throat post tonsillectomy. The earliest appointment they could get us in was 3.5 months out with a mid level. Absurd for an established patient who has ongoing issues to have to wait 3.5 months to be seen.
After waiting a long time in the waiting room, then over an hour in the extremely institutional tiny room waiting for the doctor, so long we had literally stood up to leave when he walked in.... he was very condescending, and did not give me any indication he listened to what my son and I said. He peddles expensive allergy testing not covered by my insurance. My out of pocket cost here, for a useless appointment, was substantially higher than other doctors. We should have left when we had the chance.
