Was having stomach pain and heart pain. Refuse to assess me and told me to drive myself to the hospital. Me being 81 years old with a history of DM and heart disease he allowed me to leave without assessing me or notifying my family. Once I got to the hospital it was noted that I was in rapid a fib and could have died. Please community beware of this provider.
