John Foroutan is a scammer. I wanted to try a new dentist (due to lower pricing) and after recommendations from a friend, I decided to visit his Reseda location. After checking my teeth, he claimed that I have 11 cavities that need to be taken care of asap (I was in no pain or discomfort of any kind and just went in for a cleaning). I decided to get a second option and return to my previous dentist. My previous dentist confirmed there were no cavities. Dr Faroutan is a very kind and competent dentist. He repaired my mother's dentures while she was bedridden in a nursing home. All other dentists wanted me to bring her in which was impossible. He didn't even charge a lot. He's a great man.
Terrible just terrible, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They aren't very helpful at all and the minute they see you don't have the funds (way too expensive BTW) to pay right there on the spot for the services they claim you ¨ need´´ then their attitude completely changes to worst. They made my daughter and I feel like S!%t that I won't be coming here EVER!
Terrible place! Extremely unorganized. No point in scheduling an appointment because u still end up waiting 2+ hours for the dentists time. Even though there's like 12 dental assistants working there no one seems to know what's going on there. No one communicates enough to even know what your there for or service needed. Assistants can't even read or understand your file. They didn't even know ihad been there just 2 weeks earlier & tried giving me the exact same exams & xrays! Idiots!
