He is the perfect doctor, just top of the tops
Dr. Wallace took care of me Providence LCOM Torrance. Although it was quite busy, he spoke in a way that made it clear it was my time and he was not going anywhere. His kind and professional demeanor made being in the emergency room bearable. He ran a number of tests and made sure that nothing was missed. Dr. Wallace is the kind of ER doctor I wish I had as a primary doctor.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wallace when I went to the ER. I was shocked that he took the time to sit down and listen to what I had to say. He literally sat down and took notes. He ran several tests and genuinely seemed concerned for my health. In the 3 hours that I was in the ER, Doctor Wallace did more than my General doctor had ever done. I will never forget Doctor Wallace and if I’m ever in the ER again I hope he’s my doctor!
Dr. Wallace is knowledgeable, attentive, warm and possesses extremely accurate assessment and treatment skills. Does not leave any stone unturned. Listens to the patient attentively, does not interrupt which most physicians do when looking for a yes-no robotic reply. Does not function on an automatic pilot mode. Establishes a compassionate and caring patient-doctor relationship as soon as he enters the room and does not shed it when he leaves. It was a pleasure to have him as MD.
