Office very nice and forms easy to fill out. Staff very friendly and efficient. Dr. Kostides was very personable and informative. Explained every detail what he was doing and what was needed. Asked questions regarding how I was doing and if I had any questions or suggestions. I cannot remember the name of who was doing my xrays but she was wonderful.
Dr. Kostides and his team are FABULOUS!!!! Thorough, friendly, professional and personable. It just doesn't get any better than that. They are truly a caring team and I am sooooo happy with them!
It's a rare treat when you visit a medical professional's office and they are not only friendly, thorough, clean, and well run...but ON TIME as well! Great with follow ups, insurance, and reminders. If your appointment is a 4:00pm, you are in that chair at 4:00pm. Recommend to any first time kids with jitters- they are absolutely fantastic with children! Dr. K is very attentive & friendly with his patients. This is one routine visit that I don't groan about having to go to. His whole staff rocks!
Deep cleaning went well. The tech explained everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Very professional.
I started at Dr. Kostidis when I was a teenager. I am now married for 15 years with a 12 year old. All three of us go to Dr. Kostidis. We love everyone in the office. All the ladies know us on a personal level. Every conversation has a personal touch. Whether they are asking about how my husband is or how my daughters softball is going. Love this office and the whole staff.
Receptionist got me in to have chipped tooth evaluated in 24 hr and was repaired in 20 minutes. I appreciate the efficiency and expertise. Looks great. Thanks.
We've been seeing Dr. Kostides for over 20 years. He's kind and very good at what he does. Our daughter has a dental implant and the abutment that holds the crown onto the implant failed. Of course this happened on a Saturday afternoon 4 hours away, but Dr. Kostides was available by phone and we made arrangements for her to be seen Monday. Through some good luck and Dr. Kostides strong relationship with his dental lab we had a temporary solution the same day and made plans for a permanent one. He's wonderful in my book.
