Dr. West, Ms. Bertram and the entire staff are EXCELLENT! I’ve been a patient for many years and I’ve never called when I was sick and not been seen the same day or very soon after. When you’re not feeling well, you need to be seen sooner than later. I’ve heard horror stories from other people about how their doctors don’t respond or can’t see them for quite a while. I was seen by Dr. East for a dis herniation procedure, he was very informative and friendly. Staff was also very helpful. Highly recommend!
