Giving this a 4 star only because the front desk staff is AWEFUL. I’ve been calling and texting for weeks with no answer. I have a scheduled surgery that I have zero information on. I also need info they were supposed to send me about orthotics and no info has been provided. Dr. John is wonderful. He is so nice, he listens to your needs, made me feel very comfortable and liked he cared. It’s too bad his front desk is a disaster and has been like this for years now.
