My experience was very good.
I've been Dr. John's patient for close to 25 years now. Prior to coming to his office, my overall experience with dentists had been less than favorable; I dreaded seeing a dentist even to have my teeth cleaned. Things changed for me on my first visit to the office in Akron in 1992. From that first visit, I felt like part of the family and that hasn't changed over the years. This Dental practice is the best place to receive dental care. They become your friends very easily. They care about you just like family. I would not go anywhere else. If I moved away , I would have to travel back to this practice .. I love all of them and I know they give the best care and advice.
You will never find a nicer group of people. Very friendly. Very clean. Be professional. I love the view!!
So helpful! Took my mom and she's wheelchair bound, and they accommodated and had a wheelchair to use and helped me with mom. The staff and dentists are always friendly which makes for a more comfortable relaxing situation. After all, who likes to go to the dentist. The prospect of self-imposed pain is NOT something a person wants to do, but the alternative of losing teeth is not too great either. They make it friendly and are a positive atmosphere throughout the visit. No cavities today YEA!!
This is the second visit to this office. Everyone is very accomodating and friendly.
I was afraid to go to dentist, but once I went to Dr. Gotwalt my fear went away. The staff is so very friendly and courteous. I have never gone to a place where they make you feel so welcome! Great place to go!
This practice provides a family style atmosphere and all of the staff are very friendly and compassionate. No more dreading the dental visit. Dr. John and Dr. Sara provide top notch expertise with little or no discomfort.
I have been a patient of this practice for about 15 years, and now my children are patients. This week my 7 year old had a tooth pulled and what could have been a stressful, traumatic experience was actually pretty fabulous.
