A truly wonderful office! They care about their employees which makes for a happy environment. Patients feel welcomed and comfortable. They treat the patient like family.
I always feel welcomed and important whenever I go to Dr. Gotwalt's office. Everyone there is friendly, unrushed, they all treat each other with respect, and they ask good questions of their patients. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a dentist.
The smiling, friendly hygienist greeted me within minutes of the appointed time and it was quickly obvious that she was perhaps the most knowledgeable person that I've met in that capacity. Dr. Sara came in the room and, after a moment of small talk, conducted the oral exam in a most meticulous and professional manner. The receptionist was equally efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
Everyone went out of their way to accommodate my emergency so that I will nor have to worry about my tooth issue while traveling abroad. The service they provide is above and beyond any reasonable expectations you would have. This is the only place for my dental care.
Loved this office from the time I entered♥️ The decor, immediate check in, no waiting, lots of educational reading, kid friendly and Dr Sarah, lovely personality, professionalism, made me feel so at ease. Love this dental office! Everyone is friendly, kind and caring. I have been a patient here for 30 + years. Appointments are kept in a timely manner (never had to wait very long) and patients are treated with the utmost respect. I would definitely recommend this dental office!
Dr. Gotwalt has been our dentist for over 30 years. The service is friendly, efficient, and with patience and concern. Even though we live 2 hours away, we still have Dr. Gotwalt as our primuim choice.
