I read the previous reviews and had the opposite experience. My 88 year old Mom was instructed to see a dr. that was outside of her assisted living . We went to Brookwood freestanding ER. Dr. Burke was very patient and detail oriented with Mom. The tests that he ordered seemed appropriate. I felt heard and comfortable with the outcome. I will use Brookwood ER again. Also, the nursing and staff were considerate of Mom's situation.
The worst ever Doctor if you even want to call him that. He was rude, sassy, condescending the entire time. Was trying to rush us out without proper treatment. He called the cops on us for requesting that he actually do his job.
U send someone out the door with cough syrup and not even coughing much. They give her an excuse for covid and didn't even test her. He needs his licenses pulled
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Burke is condescending, rude, and aggressive towards patients. As others have said, he needs to be dealt with about how he treats patients.
