Old School Psych who is cold-hearted, ruthless, and frankly just a horrible man. He puts all patients on Seroquel and will constantly request you be admitted as an inpatient so he can visit you each day for 5 minutes and bill your health fund over $300.00. Over a typical inpatient stay of 3–4 weeks that adds up.
