Lousy followup: I've been hospitalized 3 times for internal bleeding. Last hospital trip resulted in a "camera pill" swallow procedure. That was at the end of September 2017. It is now the middle of December and I still have not heard from him or been given a diagnosis. He's professional & nice when he is WITH a patient, & hospital/staff seems to think well of him. Follow up is non-existant.
I wanted to write a review because I saw the negative ones and felt I should share my perspective. I love Dr. Clements. I just had a colonoscopy at his Huntersville location and it really was a 5 star experience. I didn't wait long, all of the staff were very friendly and helped me to calm down and were very reassuring. Dr. Clements was great, gave me excellent feedback on the procedure. I have been to him twice and my husband once and I would highly recommend!
This guy is a jerk to everyone in the OR and Anesthesia environment.
I'm not even completely sure Dr. Clements went to any medical school with the answers he gave me. Cancel your appointment ASAP and find someone else!
