he is a floating Doctor no place to find home , terrible patient demeanor with me a surviving cancer patient with stomach issues and insisted on a colonospy, in fact booked me for one and kept calling my house until I went to the office one of the many he has had and made a scene, DO NOT GO to this man, other doctors around
I have been seeing Dr Cyzner since 2019. I appreciate his concern and his listening contently to symptoms or issues I may be going through. I also appreciate his professional bedside manner. It's nice to visit a specialist for once and not feel like they're rushing you in and out. I feel it he is also very thorough and considers the overall picture and not just a part of your gastro problems.
Dr. Cyzner was an exceptional graston doc. He is very, very smart, professional, and had a great sense of humor. I even recommended him for my adult son and he loved him, soo! Got to the bottom of a complex issue so very methodically and professionally. Thank you Dr. Cyzner! You're the best!!!
Went for my first preventative colon cancer screening in January. Dr. Clements was knowledgeable and very professional however office staff is not responsive and has no clue about billing insurance claims. Have made multiple phone calls to the office about re-coding and re-billing an insurance claim. I either have to leave a message or get told someone will call me which they never do. Office is trying to pass the buck on Lake Norman health systems and Dr. Clements office says I need to call the hospital for billing question... read more
Dr Clements and his staff are awesome! I have been seeing him since the early 2000's from Davidson to two locations in Mooresville. Love the new office!
Dr. Cyzner was the complete opposite of reassuring. I feel that he did not listen to me regarding my symptoms or experiences. He interrupted me, talked down to me and my husband, and brushed off my concerns. I have had life altering symptoms that did not seem to concern or worry him. In fact, these concerns were met with a glib response from Dr. Cyzner despite my obvious distress. She is at the VA now and she has been trying to solve my stomach for over a year and still no change. Now she is sending me to another GI doctor that has a 1.9 rating. I hope some Vets are checking her out on here and try to get another!!!!
Early march I was sick and did not know what was wrong. I saw Dr Clements and was given a colonoscopy and endoscopy. After my diagnosis I continued to be in pain and was told to "suck it up" until I got on the medicine that he insisted I get on without explanation as to why this drug was the one for me. I was put in the hospital late march and Dr Clements did not believe that the hospital and CT correctly diagnosed me so I was not given minimally invasive surgery.
