Very friendly and professional staff. Got me in on time and Dr Clements is a very good physician.
I keep waiting to hear about a malpractice case after having gone to him many years ago and thankfully getting a second opinion for which he never reached our or voiced concern. Recently my (new) PCP referred me to him because of the medical group he is in. I asked my PCP point blank why not someone else, and he told me “well, I wouldn't blame you as most people don’t like him.” The pressure LNMG has to support their own is astonishing. Very skilled doctor that listens and puts together a plan so you feel part of the solution. Friendly staff that also is really on top of things. Up to date digital usage which really saves me time. Excellent care for many years! Trustworthy and Ethical always.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Clemments for many years. He has always been top-notch. When the hospital wouldn't refund me after an over charge, I wrote Dr. Clemments a letter, and a refund was swiftly received. He is very good in his procedures and we trust him.

Dr. Clements has performed two colonoscopy procedures on me. I found him to be very professional with a great bedside manner. His follow-up reports for very detailed and prompt.
Dr. Clements has been the best doctor that I've seen in a long time. Very sincere. Listens to everything you say and actually takes his time with you. His staff is phenomenal. Top notch. Couldn't ask for a better practice.
I saw Dr Clements today, had a 10:20am appt, called back to the exam room at 11:30. Waiting another 15 minutes. He spent about 3.5 minutes with me. Every time I tried to talk and tell him what was going on, he interrupted me and repeated what I said while typing into his laptop. He didn't hear a word I said. At the end of my 3.5 minutes with him I said "um my appt was for 10:20am" he looked at me with a blank stare and I said "it's almost noon" his response "there are lot of sick people" RUN
