I CANNOT get someone from the office to speak with. 3 times they call back, put me on hold, play the recording which tells you to leave your number. Someone called me to say they would request an MRI and when scheduling called they said they NEVER received the order. And since scheduling is BACKED UP for months I have NO IDEA when this will be done.
Dr. Malcolm has been a great doctor. He is very thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, very positive. He gave me hope when I needed it most. Almost three months later, everything he said was/is true. I personally thank God for him and his expertise.
Dr Malcolm was one of the rudest doctors we've ever visited. My husband was a previous cancer patient and is now experiencing further issues, and he treated us as though he had no time for us nor did he care if my husband's concerns were met. Find a different doctor if you need a good Urologist!
