If you are considering a procedure or surgery I highly recommend Dr Alexander. He's amazing and caring, has a wonderful "bedside" manner and actually called and text messaged me after my surgery! The staff are trained professionals and are quick to answer calls and questions no matter what time of day! Cynthia was an absolute blessing through this whole experience. I live in Florida and was encouraged by friends to consult with Dr Alexander and I'm happy I did!

I am so grateful to Dr. Alexander. My surgery had no complications, the after care was easy and the support from Dr. Alexander and staff was phenomenal. I decided to do the surgery with him after three of my friends had surgeries there. After seeing their results, I knew I was in the best hands in San diego. I am just asking myself, why i didn't do it before.
Great experience from the beginning of the entire process. Dr. Alexander has a very customer friendly and supportive staff. They answer your questions in their entirety and are available to you should another question arise...and I had many...Cynthia and Kelley never made me feel like I was bothering them and made sure I knew they were there for me. Dr, Alexander and his surgical staff were great and very calming...I researched many doctors before I made this decision (eye lift and neck lift)
Dr. Alexander is absolutely amazing as is his staff. I had a Quick Lift done and am incredibly happy with the results. I look 10 years younger and did not even need to take a pain pill. Dr. Alexander even came in the office on Saturday of a holiday weekend to take my stitches out and called me at home to check on me after the surgery. Dr. Alexander has a very calming demeanor. He is extremely smart but also very down to earth at the same time. He will never pressure you into anything or try to up sell you in any way. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions and made me feel relaxed with my decisions. I will never look for another plastic surgeon from here on out.
He really takes his time and explains everything and will only do what you really need.
