The staff and Dr. Schnorr were absolutely the best. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about all our needs. We were treated fairly and we were given every opportunity to ask questions. I highly recommend.
Dr. Schnorr, the staff and the facility as a whole were like night and day from other medical offices I've been to. The office is clean and has lovely decor. The staff speaks to you and are very friendly. Dr. Schnorr was amazing!!! I can tell he really takes pride in what he does. He is truly a great physician!
Dr. Schnorr and the Coastal group are incredible. I just did two IVF cycles at another center for bad tubes and didn't have success. Not only that they were not nice to me or my husband. Dr. Schnorr was great at explaining what caused by tubal problems and looked at my past IVF cycle and made it better. We put in one good embryo and froze three more and I'm now pregnant and saw a heartbeat. I wish I could get my heartache and money back from the other center.
Words cannot express the respect and gratitude we have for Dr. Schnorr. He is the most compassionate and kind doctor we have ever dealt with- e even called on Labor Day to give us some updates. He is an amazing man and doctor. We feel so thankful we had the opportunity to work with him throughout this process.
They are all about the money. Spent over $60,000 to end in miscarriage and then was turned loose without any consultation on how we were dealing with the loss of our baby. No phone call to check on us or anything.

Dr. Schnorr and Heather were incredible with answering all my questions (some of them I am sure they thought were very silly) and their bedside manner was amazing. They made me feel very appreciated and welcomed. I could tell Dr. Schnorr really wanted the best for me and was empathetic.
We met with Dr. Schnoor after 3 , 13 week miscarriages. At first he came across as very kind and compassionate that soon wore off. My sister had a RE in DC she was seeing who recommended I bet tested for a mutation she had that caused RPL, when I probed him on that he said that is not the cause of miscarriages in even when I stated I read multiple scientific literature on the subject and could email them to him. Dr. Schnorr and Monique were professional but yet personable. Seriously- they have a gift! Coastal has truly been a blessing for us! I couldn't recommend a better facility and group of people. I hate that we can't just keep coming to them for the whole pregnancy! We are so thrilled for this journey to parenthood and could not have done it without them.
Dr. Schnorr and Monique are an incredible team and I would not have my two girls without them. I saw them when I had a three year history of infertility. I had one blocked tube and Chad had a low sperm count. Fortunately we were able to conceive through intrauterine insemination. They did not rush us into IVF and were kind and patient with my many questions. When ever I had a problem like bleeding in my pregnancy they were there for me to reassure and help me. They are angels!
