I was a patient there for several years until I got sick. After having to miss a few appointments due to illness, they decided to cancel me as a patient and wouldn’t even adjust the plate they had done for me that was malformed. They don’t care and Fran has a nasty attitude.
After decades, literally, of dealing with dentists, Dr. O'Brien's "chair side" manner is much appreciated. He goes over board to make sure I'm not in pain. He explains every procedure in great detail. He patiently answers all questions and addresses all concerns. He does good work. His staff is friendly and polite. He's a good man and a good dentist!
