The austintown office lets a patient bring in his non service dog into the office which I’m a dog lover but it a health issue for me. My second visit I waited an hour and a half past my appointment bc he decided to take a long lunch. He did orthotics and they made my feet hurt worse and they were thinner then paper thin. I wouldn’t have gave them one star but if I didn’t it wouldn’t let me do the review.
Dr.Flauto and staff are amazing. I had 2 surgeries and everything went great. Thank you to the excellent staff in the Warren office.
Get your stuff together folks!! My family doctor referred me here about 5 months ago, said they would call me to schedule. So it took them 4 months to call me to schedule (1 month ago). I get a reminder call on Friday, which I had the appt already written down. I show up today at 915 like I wrote down and was reminded of from their office. Well I show up, am told he is not in this office today, ok simple mistake, then told I'm not in the system.
