They are good and very skilled professional dentists, but they are super busy. Their phone rings constantly. If past reviewers can't keep their appointments on time, then, yeah, there are other people waiting for the spot. Be on time.
Doctor Lui is a very proficient dentist. He is good with children and has a wonderful demeanor. My child had a wonderful experience.
I had to take my niece for her appointment, and was already dreading it!! They have a great dental hygienist, Vandora- who put us at ease! She was absolutely amazing with my niece! Caring, gentle, patient and attentive. Excellent experience!

If I could leave a -0 I would. This place is extremely unorganized, inefficient, unethical and most of all lack any type of compassion.I scheduled my children's appt Aug 3rd, during the summer. An hour and 38 mins before their appt, I received a call stating the dentist had called out and my appt was being canceled. I asked for the next available appt during the summer.
