I have been a patient of Dr. Wagners for 15+ years. He knows me and really takes the time to make sure that I am getting the best treatment. I play hard and when things go wrong he is always there to get me guide me back to health. Thank you.

Dr. Joel Shapiro has surgically repaired both my shoulders/ rotator cuff tears! Both my shoulders are fully functioning again! It's tough to go through , but I knew I was in the best hands having Dr. Shapiro as my surgeon! The staff at both OSS locations are great !!
Three months ago I could barely use my left arm without pain due to a torn rotator cuff and bone spur. Today, pain free, able to move it freely in all directions. Dr Shapiro gave me back my quality of life. I can't thank him enough! Absolutely recommend him to anyone suffering with shoulder issues.
Had a great experience! Went in with a knee injury and found out I had a torn ACL. Everyone from the receptionist to the dr. were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. All my apps. Started on time or before the scheduled time. 1 week out of surgery and all is going good so far! Highly recommend this office and dr. Franklin!
