Dr. Shapiro, and all the Staff at OSS that I dealt with were kind, assuring, friendly and helpful. Dr. Shapiro was especially reassuring with my "frozen shoulder" diagnosis; he never made me feel rushed, or ill-informed, or silly. He encouraged conversation and questions - even after I left the office, encouraging me to call at any time. Very positive experience. Always good to leave a doctor's office and not dread having to return.
A little bit of a wait for surgery,but well worth it. Everyone is great and very caring, smart and kind! A big thank you to Dr Weil !!
Like Dr. Shapiro he is very understanding and lay my fear of slow healing aside. Could have more clarity on actual back to work abilities.
Dr.Wagner has a great demeanor when it comes to patience. I have been as patient if his for several years now and do appreciate his attitude and honesty. Dr Wagner looks to the future and uses many advances in his practice.
Dr. Philip Downer was absolutely amazing, not only as a concerned surgeon but with his highly professional manner, his skill and knowledge, along with being courteous and kind. He answered my questions, even those I thought might sound silly he reassured me that they were not silly at all because all questions regarding hip replacement or any surgery are important. Thanks to Dr. Wagner I am back playing pickle ball! The stem cell procedure was easy and the six week recovery went quickly. I did find that I was restricted by a very swollen knee for several weeks but the improvement was noticeable each day. I had gone to my regular orthopedist and he didn't even suggest stem cell therapy. All he could offer me was pain medication.
