The best eye dr office I've been to
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Zaba's office in '09. The staff was rude and lacked customer service presentation. I wrote Dr. Zaba a letter about this. After requesting a copy of my son's record in Sept. '15. Dr. Zaba assured me that he had fired a lot of his former staff and provided education to others. With regrets, I took a chance. My son's glasses were sent back because the prescription was too strong. 4 months and still no glasses. They keep saying I picked them up, when I haven't.
