Patient since 2008 and very happy with Dr Abbott and staff.
Dr Joel Abbott is the 5th Rheumatologist I have been to in 30 years, and he is by far the best I have seen. He actually cares about his patients!! If I could rate him a 10plus I would!!
I hope everyone in his lifetime, should a need arise, has an opportunity to feel as 'rescued' as I did by Dr. Abbott after a recent kidney stone (very large) surgery. Dr. Abbott came into the pre op surgery area, showed my husband and I images of my kidney and told us what was going to happen during the surgery. Even the nurses who were standing there whispered to me "do you know how fortunate you are ..this is so rare......doctors just don't do this.' Dr. Abbott goes above and beyond to seek the appropriate cause and treatments. New lady at the front desk is super nice. Also love his nurse.
