Horrible staff!!!! My debit card was compromised so had pay cash or credit don’t accept it. Billing lady called yesterday and I talked someone at 1pm said everything was fine. Got a vm w billing said my insurance was expired. Not expired and call them back and went to my appointment and more problems.They have one star and get another from me

I haven't had a chance to meet Dr Brooks, but the office mismanaged my case quite acutely. I was told by the front office I could get an appointment the next day if I submit the referral from my PCP. The referral was sent, I had to make numerous phone calls just to be told that the next available appointment is in few days. If I had this information I would have requested a referral for another office. very disappointed. I can relate with the people who leave bad rating based on poor office responses.

The Lady at the front desk is so rude! And her manager as well. The way they speak to you is unacceptable. I had cash on me and she kept talking to me as if I couldn’t afford to pay because I didn’t have it on a card. I’m sitting there with over $1500 in my pocket. They made me very uncomfortable definitely being a new patient.
