Sure, it can be a wait for her to make it to your room. That is because Dr. Mathie spends as much time as needed with every one of her patients. She does not play the "4 well visits an hour" nonsense, she takes her time and understands everything about her kids. I could not appreciate Dr. Mathie any more. She is the absolute best.
The front desk and the billing dept at CCP is the worst! The Drs have always been knowledgeable and informative but when it comes to checking in and paying a balance they tend to be condescending and very rude. I have been in tears more than a couple times here dealing with the 2. And that is the first place and last place you want to leave a bad impression.
Mom of girls Our family of 5 girls from teenager to toddler all love and enjoy Dr. Jody. She's been on point and precise with her diagnosis. Especially within the case of our 8yr old's appendicitis. We do have a longer wait for our yearly checkups but only because she spends quality time with her patients. I love how her encouragement is for our teen and great discussions they have.
lovely Dr. Mathie is wonderful. The first time we saw her for a sick kid I was very upset about the amount of time we had to wait, but once we were with her, she is so lovely and takes so much time with your kid, that you forget about the wait.
worth the wait Dr. Jody has been our pediatrician since my eldest (now 8years) was 1 day old. We certainly lucked out as new parents in finding Dr. Jody. She is an intelligent, solution-focused doc with a gentle (and sincerely loving) nature. The kids beam when she walks into the room. She seems to love her job We love Dr. Mathie. Everyone seems to acknowledge she runs late and it's true. But, she seems thrilled to see us and overjoyed at seeing and talking with our kids. She addresses serious issues, but seems to take genuine joy in her work.
Love Dr Mathie I love Dr Mathie and her service which she provides to my kids. She does seem to always be running late but when you get yoru 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with her you seem to forget it!! Recommended
