Absolutely Horrible Staff, yelled at my 85 year old mother for breathing on her when drawing blood, Dr Widdows is too busy to see patients, AVOID AVOID AVOID

very nice doctor, she knows her stuff, but her staff absolutely sucks. They never answer the phones, and when we leave a message, they don't even bother to call back. I have seen them on their cell phones texting while the phones ring, and they won't pick them up. I leave messages for medication refills, that won't get refilled until i call back several time. I share the feelings of others. They don't answer the phones, ever. I stand there and can see the office staff chatting away with each other as the phones ring off the hook. And we have left messages that just don't ever get returned! Dr. Widdows is a wonderful doctor, but there is so much more to a good doctors choice, and this one is not a good choice! The staff is rude and they just suck at customer service, and Dr. Widdows let's them get away with it. Find someone else.

I have felt 8 have no Doctor the whole time I have been going,latest came in with a infected bellybutton PA did not look at it.Girl who did the swab was the person who checks you in.7 days later went to the hospital 300.00 after her Co pay now it's infected and 8 needed antibiotics and cream.Doctor told me these tests only take 2 days.Still not hearing from the doctors office With diabetes and 3rd stage kidney disease they have played games with my life .Other things like refusing to call a 3rd party for a referral code for ... read more

If you are reading this I urge you, DO NOT become a patient of this office. This office is only out for your insurance money. With nothing wrong, they want you to come in always. IT IS FASTER AND EASIER TO GO TO THE WALK IN CLINIC On top of it all, the front desk staff, more specifically, the woman answering the phone, is THE RUDEST person.
