dr Nguyen took offense to me telling her nurse practicer I had no conference in her office as dr Nguyen had took me to basically stop medication if I thought it was affecting me.
Horrible. I physically dropped off paperwork requesting a prescription from my ER visit at 8:00am. I called 5 times and was told each time “she is seeing patients” and receive no information on my prescription . They close with NO return call. I returned the next day at 8:00 am in desperate need of my prescription . I was told that the Doctor won’t fill prescription. I need an appointment . I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM SINCE 8am THE PREVIOUS DAY. So no appointment no meds and an office completely void of any common sense.... read more
In all the years we've been there, we have only met her once. The PA was great. There was a severe reaction to the first Covid vaccine dose. I couldn't get an appointment for almost a week. Ended up in the ER, because the reaction was so severe. One of us was having severe vertigo. Was driven to and helped to their office for help. Couldn't get an appointment for two weeks. Don't go if you are actually sick.
Dr. Nguyen is more concerned about "flagging" her practice with the FDA/insurance companies than providing compassionate, medically necessary care to her established patients. There's been two instances, a year apart, when I called the office asking for pain medication refill for a known back issue. Be careful with this doctor as she is not completely honest. She tells me one thing in an appt. and her staff tells me another. Even when I prove that she lied, she will not speak with me or give me written confirmation of my change in medication. She now states that I should not be taking Metformin, even though I am a diabetic and have been taking it for over 20 years. them and remind for a req to be sent to lab. - they will take every opportunity to make you pay for every office visit. Just because they didnt order the tests in a organized way. They made me visit, test and then visit agian (this is for yearly checks which insurance should cover) and requested me to do the copay for all the visits.Which is supposed to be free. - The receptionist made me wait an hour to give a printout and told me the doctor cant visit me because i denied on the payment of a followup. - Couldn't even give a... read more
Had my first appointment 3 months ago . She was nice. I asked if I could get a copy of me Quest Diagnostics tedt redults , she said I can go find that from quest site. I asked if she had a website or any way to communicate her by email ? She said no because they are a small business so they cant afford . I was given a followup appointment on August 13. Dr. Nguyen has been my Primary Care physician for the past two years. In that time I have been seen by her twice as she is protected from patient contact by the office staff and PAs. A typical malady requires to initiate at least three conversations. One to request an appt., one to remind the staff I requested an appt., and one for an actual appt. where I do not get to see the doctor. The absolute best Dr. I’ve ever had. I was misdiagnosed by Mercy Folsom and she was able to find the problem, and get me the surgery I needed. Forever grateful!
