If you're just looking for a doctor to refill prescriptions and don't need to see the doctor very often, Dr. Nguyen is for you. If you need referrals to the correct medical group, need to see the actual doctor you're signed up with (instead of a revolving number of PAs), are looking for a compassionate, caring doctor, this place is not for you. I’ve taken a certain medicine for over 10 years. This office wouldn’t refill my med, I ask them to notify the dr which gets no response, then they say they will call back and don’t. Find a different dr office than this one. This one is not good.
This office has a Revolving staff and Nurse Practitioners. You will see the doctor on your original visit and the the NP. Good luck with Billing!!!
I've been seen by 2 PA's at this practice so far (Emily and Kristen) and both have been exemplary. It didn't matter how many things I needed help with or that I was over 60. They explained each issue and were very proactive in suggesting treatments, tests and further research. They have been incredibly motivated about follow-ups and to ensure I'm getting optimum treatment. This is the way a doctor's office should be run.
Avoid at all costs. I had this doctor for more than two years, saw the doctor only once. takes them months to provide any kind of reference. The staff can't even send the regular lab test. They said that they had sent the request to the lab, I took appointment and went for testing and the Lab had never received the request and that happened twice. When I called the doctor's office to ask why the lab had not received the request the receptionist just hung up on me!
I was scheduled to see the Dr. but I never got to see her. I got 2 referrals but never got the results and wanted to schedule an appointment for NOTHING and wanted to charge me $90 ? That’s insane. Never coming back to this place! Don’t recommend! Go else where.
Literally the worst experience ever. Just listing the two out of many inconveniences I faced here. 1)I scheduled a visit to show a patchy area in my beard. I had met all my deductibles for this year. Hence I was expecting to pay nothing for the visit. I mentioned the same to the receptionist, she insisted that, their office collects the fees upfront, and I would have to collect refund later from my insurance. This place operates with an app that never gets answered. There is never a doctor available. The staff answers questions vaguely. No in-person visits are available, so if you have a cough and need a throat culture, good luck. Also, no same-week appointment is available.
