I am seeing Dr. Puglia for a motor vehicle accident. Dr. Puglia is a good doctor; this isn't about her as a doctor. Crystal the medical secretary called me and stated I could not be seen if I did not pay in full or get clearance from the business office for UMASS she will be canceling my appointment. I am honestly confused over the one star reviewers on here. I met with Dr Puglia for the first time today; I was amazed at her kindness, thoroughness, and care to take my symptoms seriously. I trust her decisions and feel well cared for already. Thank you
Dr. Puglia, was very nice and gave me a thorough neurological exam . I suffer from migraines that have changed recently. She ordered an MRI to rule out any serious issues. I was very impressed with her care and knowledge. Marie P.

Unfortunately, we agree with the other reviewer. The same EXACT thing happened to us. We agree with what the other reviewer said, "I do not recommend this doctor to anyone who suffers from chronic migraine's!!! She doesn't offer any treatment plans besides one-two medications She isn't compassionate and does not show any empathy for you while your suffering." That is very true.
