Patient. Explained what was going on very simply. Knowledgeable.
Dr. Sung was on time. She did a thorough review of what was going on and took the time to explain what my options were. She answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with her interaction and proposed treatment.

I saw Dr. Sung regarding recurring pain I was experiencing in my hands & wrists. (I have previously been treated by Dr. Sung over the past 8-10 years for carpal tunnel and wrist pain - both times with positive results). For this visit, I first had x-rays done on both hands. I then met with Dr. Sung who reviewed the x-rays, then listened attentively to my concerns. The doctor then came up with a diagnosis for my problem, then reviewed options. Dr. Sung is the best hand specialist I have ever been too. She is knowledgeable and compassionate about her work and patients. No other better. The staff are also attentive and kind.
So kind and explained everything so well and was very calming.
Had carpal tunnel surgery in my right hand. From start to finish (initial diagnosis to post-operative care) I am extremely satisfied. Dr. Sung is both personable and professional. Office staff was attentive and the waits in her office were minimal. I was very comfortable that I was under good care. She listened & answered my questions and concerns. Doesn't appear capable of experiencing empathy. Also totally misread my CT scan and scared the living stuff* out of me. Glad I got a 2nd opinion before going under the knife. *censorship is bad
