Dr. Sung was welcoming, knowledgeable, encouraging and kind. She explained the current condition of my finger and how to proceed clearly.
Several things stood out about Dr Sung. She gad such a bubbly, personable attitude as she walked into the room which put me so at ease. She had not fully sat in her chair when she recognized that I had arthritic joints on my fingers. My fingers never bothered me but she explained it all so well to me. Dr. Sung is a kind, experienced, professional, and exceptional physician. I found her to be the kind of doctor everyone hopes to see when they have a problem. I would recommend to anyone.
Dr. Sung was friendly and efficient. She helped explain the cause of my elbow pain and recommended simple and practical methods to help me recover.
Dr. Sung was wonderful ! She explained exactly what trigger finger was without talking down to me. Cortisone shot was fairly painless. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed . I’m writing this the day after my appointment and happy to report I woke up this morning able to bend my finger for the first time in weeks ! Would highly recommend Dr. Sung.
Online check-in was smooth and easy. Reception was friendly and fast. I saw Dr. Sung within 5 minutes of checking in. She was very warm, friendly, intelligent but not condescending, and patiently described the condition and treatment options in an easy-to-understand manner. She also gave great advice on other hand issues during the appointment. She gave me a cortisone shot and it was essentially painless. I highly recommend her!
Office staff was very helpful, and polite. Dr Sung saw me within a few minutes of my arrival. Right on time. There was plenty of parking in the Mount Auburn Hospital garage. Everyone in the hospital was pleasant, and helpful.
The Dr. Was very thorough and thoughtful with a comforting demeanor. A pleasant experience all around.??
Dr. Sung was kind, animated, and so informative in her explanations to my 14 year old about what happened to her hand, what she was currently experiencing, and what to expect for recovery. My daughter actually had fun seeing Dr Sung and being treated and felt so understood - not to mention fill of understanding that relieved her worries. She’s nothing short of amazing!
