While I was in an exam room I over heard Dr. Laureano and her staff talking about a patient they did not seem to like. One other time I was in the waiting room and a very upset patient came in and then left angerly. The receptionist at the check in window then told me about a sound that they make to let the staff know when a "crazy" patient is coming. The first time I let this go but after hearing them talk about their patient's I am very disappointed. I will no longer be going back!
Dr. Laureano is an amazing doctor. She takes her time and listens to all of you questions and concerns. She has been wonderful with my entire family. Her PA Steve is just as amazing. The staff there is very friendly and always willing to answer questions as well. I highly recommend this practice to all individuals.
The doctor I really liked during the appointment for my children but then I encountered the PA in her office and left immediately. I will be finding another doctor for my entire family because this man was that awful that I don't even want to chance seeing him again. Absolutely no excuse for the way I was treated by him and he's dragging her name and business down
I cannot say enough GREAT things about this practice and the entire staff. I have been seen many times, often call with questions and they are always willing to help. I have recommended this practice to many friends and family members who are all very happy they switched because Dr. Surber and her staff are simply amazing. Dr. Surber is also my daughter's pediatrician and I can honestly say she is the BEST! She is very patient, understanding and always makes me feel like I am doing a great job!
I was surprised to read a negative review of Dr. Surber on healthgrades. I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Surber and her entire staff. She runs a very friendly, helpful and efficient office and I would recommend her in a flash. I have been a patient for two years and because of chronic conditions, I see her regularly, every 3 months.
Dr. and PA very unkind, displayed disinterest in my needs / concerns, would not explain issues and did not want to listen either, seemed disinterested and wanted to rush me out...an overall horrible experience. Only positive thing was the front desk staff and tech.
