if I go in with a problem. They will find a way to resolve it. If not one visit surely after the 2nd visit. Everyone is very professional. The office is beautiful and comfortable.

We had our annual preventative care appointment today. It was my third or fourth time in Dr. Laureano-Surber's office. Every visit has been great! The staff are professional. We love the nurse, Earl, and between us have seen both PAs and Dr. Surber without any complaints! I'd not hesitate to recommend her or her PAs to anyone. Compassionate, informational, and willing to take the time you need.
She is a wonderful doctor I been seeing her and the staff for a few years. I recommend her services .
I have been with Dr. Laureano -Surber for a couple of years, after leaving a well liked Dr. in Syracuse to minimize hazardous driving. She has been professional, caring and thorough. Her staff have been truly helpful even in busy, unexpected circumstances. They have immediately accommodated me on two separate occasions, once due to what I feared was a heart episode and then for flu during the recent outbreak. My expectations have routinely been exceeded.

I'm not sure where the negative reviews get their base, but Dr. Laureano-Surber is a very caring and thorough provider. She spends the time to understand your concerns and does so in a friendly, yet professional manner. Highly recommend!
Dr. Laureano-Surber and her staff are exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at that office. The receptionist was so professional and helpful. The nurses were kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Laureano-Surber took time out of her busy day to sit and listen to my concerns and issues. She is an incredible doctor and an asset to our community
Last visit was rushed because they got me in late and it was approaching lunch time. It felt very awkward and it was obvious that she did not take the time that she should have and she did not listen to me. She made appointments that I told her to wait on and did not follow up on the one that I asked her to. In addition to that I do not feel that they followed up with test results in a timely manner and failed to give me all of the information. Found another provider.
