Been seeing her2 year now. I LOVE DR. RAJ. She does a thorough intake and listens to concerns and appears to care. She is from India and has an accent but I can completely understand her. She's been in the US for many years.
Office staff was very nice. Clean office. I was given a new patient appointment fairly soon. Dr. Raj was very nice and listened very well. Explained my diagnosis and medications very well and answered all my questions.
Appointments are 2 minutes long I had an issue that i brought up with her assistant and asked her to relay it to dr. raj and she miscommunicated my message. then i got a voicemail from dr raj saying that if i had an issue with the office i could go elsewhere. so without even waiting to hear from me what my issue was and try and resolve it she immediately tried to brush me off. Speaking to her over the phone she interrupted me constantly and asked me what i wanted bc she had patients waiting.
Threatening, abrasive, and intrusive! Beware!
I just left Dr. Raj office after she told me if I didn't like how she talked to me then I can get out. I have never been treated so unprofessional by a doctor in my life much less a mental health physician. She got extremely agressive over me missing my last appointment and told me she didn't talk to patients that miss appointments. When I asked her why she was being so aggressive, she said she didn't hit me and that aggression is physical contact ONLY. I recorded all 7 minutes of it.
I wish I would have seen this before trusting this woman with my care. She won't give you refills on prescriptions that are necessary unless you see her every month. Most doctors will give you six month refills unless it's a narcotic for six month refills. She literally opened her door for me to leave while I was crying and said I gave you your medicine what do you want? I was so embarrassed to go into a waiting room of people while crying. Hippocratic Oath? She doesn't practice that.
