I strongly recommend this practice to all. They are very professional and they truly care and have excellent bedside manors. They include me and talk to where I can understand them, NO mombo jumbo medical terms that I wouldn't understand. She doesn't rush in and out they listen to what I have to say. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room, patients room, RESTROOMS are very clean.
Initial office visits didn't seem to go very well. I found Dr. Gorr to be very abrupt and lacking compassion . Appointment mix-ups, cancellations became a frequent issue. Lost faith in my choice of pain mgt physicians for a while. THEN, a complete turn around. Dr. Gorr has been great. She is not only helping me discontinue using medications as the main treatment, but also created an alternate treatment plan for me before I left her office. Sometimes we tend to forget that Doctors are people too
Very good experience - 1st time w a pain mgt dr & they were caring, listened & offered several routes to take care of my pain issues - especially Michelle !! I was very pleasantly surprised & there bed side manner was awesome!!!
Treated me like a drug addict from day one without knowing me or my condition. Horrible. Pee testing every visit cost my insurance 1400 dollars every visit!!! Other patients in office complaining how much they hated going there.. not to mention red tape hell even with good insurance. Patient beware!!!!
She has a stenographer sit in the room taking notes during the visit which I don't like, time spent with your doctor should be private. She is extremely conservative with both the strength and number of pills she prescribes. I have extreme spinal stenosis and she wants me to go to physical therapy, when I can barely walk. She is totally lacking in compassion. She is a complete incompetent, I wouldn't let her tie my shoes.
1st appt she seemed caring.The next appt I saw a nurse practitioner which I think is very competent. My 3rd, final visit with Ms. Gorr, I disagreed with her about shots & physical therapy she became rude with me. I then became rude with her & I have never had an issue with a doctor in my 44yrs. I will NOT recommend her to anyone. Every appt sitting in my room I heard the Doctor & Nurses talk about me & other patients. Previous patients & friends of mine warned me not to go to her.
Dr Gorr is a very well mannered doctor. Her treatment of me was very professional and she also has a patient calmness about her. I enjoy having her work on my back. I would highly recommend her to any one
