operated on me and never said anything about what he was going to do, had to learn it from his P.A, Jay said in his report that he set me at his computer and showed me everything wrong with my shoulder, he never did that, he lied on his report. The guy is a bully and has a horrible bedside manner. My arm still hurts after 2 years.
