The entire staff is friendly. Dr. Freed always addresses our concerns, and the treatment he prescribes is always spot on.
He's not our assigned doc but was able to take both my girls at the same time. I declined the flu shot *several* times during the visit. He said it was going to be the worst flu season in a long time & I should highly reconsider my decision. I also declined the HPV shot for my 11 yo. This is a shot that is to prevent a sexually transmitted disease that can potentially cause cervical cancer. We have always been satisfied with Dr. Freed and STP, but lately the office staff has been unprofessional. They are no answering the phone, will not return phone calls, and are simply not friendly. I called 2 times for an appointment with no call back and then left a message with the nurse (no call back). I ended up having to take my daughter to Tulsa ER two times for what ended up being a staph infection. She had to be put on IV antibiotics. Amazing, knowledgeable, helpful pediatrician. He’s seen all of my kids for the past 8 years. They love him.
Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Kids look forward to visiting Dr. Freed. Would not trust anyone like we do him.
Dr. Freed has always taken the taken to explain things, answer questions and develop a relationship with our son. We have always been able to get appointments in a timely manner.
