Dr. Strassman is a very thorough optometrist. After a tedious search, I thought he was the kind of Dr. I was looking for to get a complete and accurate eye exam. I was not disappointed. Not only was he fastidious in determining the correct prescription, he personally was a delightful and charming person. I’m so happy I did my research and selected him!!!
I have a complicated visual deficits and Jerry is wonderful at taking his time and he lead to me advocating for myself and actually finding the care that I needed. Amazing knowledge base and I really enjoy his humor, it puts me at ease.
Dr Strassman took care of me and helped me by doing things slowly and giving clear and precise instructions regarding blinking, squinting during the exam. it helped me relax and not feel like I was rushed through the "cattle chute" . He taught me how to take my glasses off each time so as not to damage them. use both hands never only one. I hope we have a long relationship.
