Having been involved in the multi family housing industry for more years than I want to think about I was absolutely amazed at the swift professional response to a late night flood involving 20+ units. The ability to mobilize enough people to simultaneously care for the needs of that many residents and the building management was the shining light in an impossible situation. I found Water Damage Pasadena, on google and called him after I saw he has so many good reviews. He had appts available the same week which was awesome but I chose the week after. He came with his helper and cleaned my living room and my daughters room so quickly! He ended up using a deodorizer due to pet stains which I appreciated. It smelled so good and looks amazing! He was so nice and professional. Highly recommend
Wonderful service! Water Damage Pasadena took care of our house water damage. We were so distraught but they made sure we knew everything would be fine in the end! The technicians are very professional and took their time to explain the process to us. They took precautions to make sure we don't run into any problems with mold down the line. Thanks again, guys!
